Changed your mind?

You can cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items should be returned in a resaleable condition. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or damaged items?

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and photographs where possible. We'll arrange an appropriate resolution. You won't pay return postage for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Made to order

Our clothing is printed on demand. However, this doesn't remove your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
